HONOR THE GODDESS AND HER TEMPLE

HONOR THE GODDESS AND HER TEMPLE

The image of the Goddess inspires women to see ourselves as divine, our bodies as sacred, the changing phases of our lives as holy, our aggression as healthy, our anger as purifying, and our power to nurture and create, but also to limit and destroy when necessary as the very force that sustains all life. Through the Goddess, we can discover our strength, enlighten our minds, own our bodies, and celebrate our emotions. we can move beyond narrow, constricting roles and become whole.

YOU ARE A DIVINE GODDESS

I AM A GODDESS!

I SHARE THE FEMININE FLOW.

I AM THE FLAME OF ALL THAT IS SACRED,

I AM THE GODDESS GLOW.

Welcome Divine Goddess!  You came here for a reason.

Most women at some point in their lives deal with physical pains, limited mobilities, and/or weak muscles. They are not hereditary, but our own experiences. Pain, lack of mobility and weak muscles are signs that your body is trying to speak to you, a signal to let the body know it needs some attention. Like plants, if you give it what it needs, it will blossom. Like a Goddess, if you give her body what she needs, she will blossom.

We start by building a relationship with the Goddess and the Goddesses’ Holy Temple (spirit and body), through dance, movement, yoga, and touch.

When we are connected to our body, we can feel what is going on. The Goddess awakens and allows her body to feel what she needs for her to be the best version of herself. (Body and mind)

Sometimes in life, Goddesses get hurt. We go into the journey of self-love and self-acceptance. (mind and spirit).

At Goddess at Play, we give ourselves permission to relax, unwind and reconnect.

When was the last time you enjoyed your playful creative self? Creation comes in the present moment. At GAP we allow ourselves back into our fun, funky playful selves.

Here is a list of Goddess activities:

Dance, movement, painting, singing, playing musical instruments, storytelling, acting, writing, and any way to express her deepest creative self.

Meditation, breathwork, yoga, chakra openings, body healing, mind-clearing and energy work, Earth bonding and Moon honoring, and of course

Goddess Rituals and Ceremonies!

We come together as GODDESSES, as SISTERS, as ONE.

Her body and mind are, ONE

She lets go of brittle resistance (blockages) that holds her back. She allows herself to flow (flexibility) like nature. She empowers herself (builds strength) to know she has everything she needs to embrace being here in her body, now.

I have called on the Goddess and found her within myself
— Marion Zimmer Bradley

The Goddess doesn't enter us from outside; she emerges from deep within. She is not held back by what happened in the past. She is conceived in consciousness, born in love, and nurtured by higher thinking. She is integrity and value, created and sustained by the hard work of personal growth and the discipline of a life lived actively in hope.
